Development update
I started a new job working the night shift at Amazon about a month ago, so I've had a lot less free time to work on this project. However work is still continuing on it and I wanted to share some of the features I'm working on.
I'm consolidating the sculpting, stamping and erosion tabs into a terrain tab. This will allow me to add more terrain modification features without having to add a new tab for each one.
Speaking of which, I'm working on adding a couple of new terrain tools. A move to height tool and a slope tool, both of which are inspired by Cities: Skylines.
I'm also adding an option to the terrain tab to add contour lines to the terrain
I'm switching over to using an external library for reading/writing the json save files. This will hopefully make it easier to add new features without worrying about incompatible changes to the save format
All of these will be in the next version, which will hopefully come out this year.
